Starring in Monsieur Chypre are geographies; costumes, hair styling, make-up and even attitudes are shaped around them. The movie exhibits the relationship loop between Monsieur Cyphre and Mademoiselle Paris which is flavored with a hint of unfaithfulness, and it exposes Nicosia and Paris in line with their conflicting characteristics. A film by Antoine Asseraf and René Habermacher, shot for the Cyprus-based fashion house Erotokritos, Monsieur Chypre well-manages to capture fashion through an innovative perspective and over the long-distance relationship between the two characters. Film score composed by Lori Schonberg and Shane Aspergen, and styling credits to Michaela Dosamantes.
